Giuliani Partners is a management consulting company set up by Rudy Giuliani. Fox News reported in 2007 that "if a business needs to ask what Giuliani costs, it probably can't afford him."[1]

In 2002 the company was hired by Purdue Pharma "to help it combat smuggling and abuse of its prescription painkiller OxyContin".[1]

Bio-One Solutions LLC is/was a subsidiary of Sabre Tech Services that combined with Giuliani Partners and was involved in decontaminating the anthrax from the Amerithrax event.[2][3]
